Just to let you know that I'm away on a sabbatical in India right now and will be back on my teaching mat from 9 April.
While I'm away, to make sure that you are able to continue your practice, I have called upon Bethany, Graham, and Katherine to ensure that there is a studio class every day except Friday. Enjoy!
