Each session starts with a 90-minute yoga class, where Meeta focuses on the muscle groups relevant to the event. Participants receive guidance tailored to their individual practice levels.
After the yoga session, volunteers assist in setting up the studio for the social portion while Meeta prepares the meal. The rest of the evening is dedicated to enjoying dinner, engaging conversation, and a friendly atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming you to a rewarding and enjoyable experience!

Meeta puts a lot of effort into preparing a delightful meal for each workshop, including purchasing ingredients and significant kitchen work.
Due to these preparations, we require that cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop will incur a 50% charge to cover food and administrative costs. We understand that emergencies and illness can occur, but we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
